Terms and Conditions for Luxury Lawns’ Monthly Lawn Maintenance Subscription

Service Overview

  • This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the monthly lawn maintenance subscription provided by Luxury Lawns to the customer in Wairarapa, New Zealand.

Subscription Plan and Fees

  • The cost of the service is $150 NZD plus GST per month.
  • Payment must be made in advance on the 1st day of each month through [payment method, e.g., bank transfer, credit card, etc.].
  • By subscribing, the Customer authorises recurring payments until the subscription is canceled.

Service Inclusions

  • Scheduled lawn treatments (e.g. Fertilising, Weed control, Lawn grub control)
  • Lawn health assessments
  • Regular maintenance advice Note: Mowing is not included unless explicitly stated

Service Schedule

  • Regular lawn maintenance will be carried out once a month, with specific dates scheduled mutually.
  • Services are subject to weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Service Provider will notify the Customer promptly.

Customer Responsibilities

  • The Customer shall ensure access to the property for scheduled services.
  • The Customer agrees to provide any relevant instructions or information necessary for the proper maintenance.

Cancellations and Modifications

  • The Customer may cancel or modify their subscription with at least30 days’ written notice prior to the next billing date.
  • To cancel, please contact us via our contact form.
  • Cancellation will take effect on the next billing cycle.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days’ prior written notice.
  • Outstanding payments up to the date of termination remain payable.

Liability and Insurance

  • Luxury Lawns maintains appropriate insurance coverage.
  • The Service Provider will carry out services with reasonable care. However, liability for damages caused by events beyond reasonable control is excluded.

Access Requirements

  • You agree to provide access to your property on scheduled service dates. If we are unable to access the property, the visit may be forfeited without refund.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure pets are secured on service days
  • Remove toys, furniture, or obstructions from lawn areas
  • Inform us of any concerns or damage promptly

Service Guarantee

  • We aim to provide professional, high-quality service. I not satisfied please contact us within 48 hours of service and we will address the issue promptly.

Limitation of liability

    We are not liable for:

  • Damage due to hidden objects in the lawn
  • Damage caused by pre-existing lawn issues
  • Delays due to extreme weather

Changes to Terms

  • These Terms and Conditions may be amended by Luxury Lawns with prior notice. Continued subscription after changes signifies acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

  • This agreement is governed by New Zealand law.
